About Randall Willhite
I played football for the University of Oregon Ducks 1984–1989. Been in finance for 22 years, but my family has run restaurants for over 50 years. Mom’s side of the family has Historic Town and Creole and Dad’s side was part of Original American Whiskey and Barbecue history.
Poboy History: Original Poboy: Some former streetcar workers opened their own sandwich shop and used cut potatoes and roast beef gravy to make the first poor boy sandwich.
